Scope & Purpose of Processing

We collect only the personal data you voluntarily submit via our site’s contact form (name, email address, message content). No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services are used. Data is processed solely in PHP on our secure Hong Kong server for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Lawful Basis

Under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO, Cap. 486), processing is justified as necessary to communicate with you following your request. Where applicable, we also respect the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when engaging with European data subjects.

Data Retention

Submitted messages and your contact details are retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a maximum of 2 years, after which they are securely deleted.
